He has experience playing all three interior offensive line positions, with most of his snaps coming at right guard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Last season, he allowed two sacks and 12 pressures over 365 pass-blocking snaps and was penalized just once. Out of 190 eligible guards, he ranked 106th in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/\" data-t-l=\":b|z|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0PFF&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0pass-blocking efficiency metric and 84th in run-blocking grade out of 331 linemen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">VanDeMark was one of five Colts&#8217; UDFAs to <a href=\"http:\/\/coltswire.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/nfl\/colts\/2026\/05\/26\/2026-nfl-draft-colts-five-highest-paid-undrafted-rookies\/90258936007\/\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">receive over $200,000<\/a> in guaranteed money, a fairly significant amount when it comes to undrafted free agency.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead to 2026 for Geno VanDeMark<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The Colts do need to determine who will be their backup center behind Tanor Bortolini this summer, but early signs point to <a href=\"http:\/\/coltswire.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/nfl\/colts\/2026\/06\/17\/is-position-change-required-colts-dalton-tucker-searches-backup\/90598595007\/\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dalton Tucker<\/a>\u00a0as the favorite for that role.
