Jackson was placed on the reserve\/retired list, and the Jaguars signed cornerback Corey Ballentine to take Jackson\u2019s spot on the roster.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe have signed CB Corey Ballentine and placed CB Dane Jackson on the Reserve\/Retired list,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Jaguars\/status\/2082165088006418573\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">the Jaguars wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jackson is just 29, so his retirement is no doubt a surprise.
