And one way she\u2019s celebrating this special day is by sharing quite an interesting video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kbstafford89\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-nyp-affiliate=\"true\">to her Instagram account<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The video (which Kelly posted to her Instagram Story on Sunday) appears to be from one of her friends. It shows Kelly first flipping off the camera.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly Stafford flips off the camera in a video on her Instagram Story. Instagram\/@kbstafford89<\/p>\n<p>After that, she began dancing, which included her twirling her right arm like she was holding a lasso. After that, she began shaking her backside for several seconds before breaking into a wide smile and getting right back to her lasso. <\/p>\n<p>Stafford showed off several more dance moves before the camera panned away to what looked like her family cheering her on.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly Stafford dancing in a post shared to her Instagram Story. Instagram\/@kbstafford89<\/p>\n<p>Stafford added the caption, \u201cNothing like an Alpharetta party \/ My fav crew, just missing a few \ud83e\udd23\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>It seems that this video wasn\u2019t taken in the moment, as Kelly has made several posts that show her shepherding her and Matthew\u2019s four daughters around the airport. This was captioned, \u201c\u2018What are you doing for your birthday?\u2019 Chasing my kids through the Atlanta airport.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stafford has gotten flak in recent years for some of what she has said about her and Matthew\u2019s relationship when the two were at the University of Georgia. The backlash from this <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/10\/02\/sports\/kelly-stafford-leaving-podcast-for-mental-health-reasons-in-stunning-reveal\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">caused her to leave her podcast because of mental health issues<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew and Kelly Stafford pose for a photo at the 2026 ESPY Awards.
