The 6-foot-1, 210-pound receiver has appeared in one game.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin, 22, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonherald.com\/2026\/07\/25\/patriots-claim-rookie-wide-receiver-off-waivers-from-panthers\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was signed<\/a> by the Patriots on July 24. He went undrafted out of Boston College this spring.<\/p>\n<p>Palmer joins Kayshon Boutte, A.J. Brown, Efton Chism, Nick DeGennaro, Kyle Dixon, Cameron Dorner, Romeo Doubs, DeMario Douglas, Mack Hollins, Kobe Prentice and Kyle Williams on the Patriots\u2019 wide receiver depth chart.<\/p>\n<p>The Franklin release leaves the Patriots with Tanner Arkin, Hunter Henry, Eli Raridon, Mitch Van Vooren and Jack Westover at tight end.
