I want to thank the South Florida community and Dolphins fans for all of their support over the years and especially Steve Ross for the opportunity to be a part of this great organization. He is a visionary leader and a team owner who always strives to be best-in-class, and he provides his people all the trust and resources needed to be successful. Ross named Daniel Sillman as Chief Executive Officer of Ross Sports &amp; Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"9\">Ross also announced that Ross Sports &amp; Entertainment will bring the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, the Miami Grand Prix, the Miami Open tennis tournament and the Precision Drive Club into one entity.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"10\">The Dolphins said Sillman will oversee the organization&#8217;s existing executive leadership team.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/ee89f679-d175-4db2-abaa-b4fd5f766e55.jpg\" alt=\"Image no longer available\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" draggable=\"true\" class=\"css-fphibt\"\/><\/p>\n<p>NEW YORK, NEW YORK &#8211; JULY 16: Daniel Sillman speaks during WSJ Sports: The Next Sports Economy at Frederick P.
