The Miami Dolphins<\/a> wrapped up their second week of training camp on Saturday with a practice session on the field inside Hard Rock Stadium.<\/p>\n

Miami will have Sunday off before returning to the practice fields during the week, and before they take on the Washington Commanders<\/a> in a preseason bout, the two teams will meet for a joint practice on Wednesday, August 12.<\/p>\n

While Miami was set to take on former Dolphins<\/a> first-round pick Laremy Tunsil, but the offensive lineman reportedly tore his triceps during practice on Saturday, which will likely cost him most of the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

The Dolphins took Tunsil with pick No. 13 in the 2016 NFL draft before trading him, Kenny Stills, a 2020 fourth-round pick and a 2021 sixth-round pick to the Houston Texans for a 2020 first-round pick, a 2021 first-round pick and a 2021 second-round pick.<\/p>\n

Tunsil joined the Commanders last year and played 14 games after making five Pro Bowls in six years in Houston.<\/p>\n
