Icon Sportswire via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>While conducting their traffic stop, cops said in a statement to The Post that Allen showed signs of being impaired. He was later taken into custody following a further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Jail records show the 34-year-old was booked on two misdemeanor charges \u2014 one count of DWI\/DUI\/OWI-endanger person and one count of DWI\/DUI\/OWI-ACE .08 or more.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn arrest and a charge are merely accusations,\u201d the IMPD said in its statement to The Post, \u201cand Allen should be considered innocent unless and until found guilty in court.\u00a0The Marion County Prosecutor\u2019s Office will make the final charging decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Allen, who just signed with the Colts earlier this month after starring for the Chargers last season, played in Indianapolis\u2019 preseason finale against the Lions on Saturday, catching one pass for 24 yards.<\/p>\n<p>Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen (10) is tackled by Detroit Lions cornerback Roger McCreary (21) during the first half of a preseason NFL football game, Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Indianapolis.
