PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) – Renaud Lavoie of TVA is reporting that the Pittsburgh Penguins are signing free agent forward Anthony Mantha.

The contract is reportedly worth $2.5 million with another $2 million available in bonuses.

Mantha played just 13 games for the Calgary Flames last season before undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL.

He finished the 2024-25 campaign with 4 goals and 3 assists.

The 30-year-old is a three-time 30-goal scorer in 10 NHL seasons. He has 146 goals and 303 points in 507 career games.

He was originally selected by Detroit with the 20th overall pick in the 2013 NHL draft but was traded to the Washington Capitals in 2021.

The Penguins are now his fourth team in three years.
