A new rumor involving Boston Bruins 7th overall pick James Hagens has surfaced

Leading up to the NHL draft, it wasn’t clear what the Boston Bruins were going to do with their 7th overall pick.
GM Sweeney at today’s “Sturm” presser made clear he has not ruled out a trade around No. 7 draft pick later this month.
Don Sweeney was asking for a roster player that would bring an immediate impact into the Boston Bruins lineup, but he never got presented an offer that made him say yes.
Or at least we haven’t heard it. Sweeney did say that once James Hagens ended up falling down to 7th overall, he was not going to trade it no matter what.

It’s unclear whether or not James Hagens is going to play in the NHL with the Boston Bruins next season, or return back to BU for another year.
But today, it was revealed that he was having a meeting with the Bruins management to discuss what he should do for next season.
James Hagens says there’s still no decision on where he’s playing next season. He has a meeting with Bruins management today.
