He also made it clear that 2024-25 with the Minnesota Wild would be his last season.

No, Marc-Andre Fleury is not coming out of retirement.

The rumors began thanks to a parody X account known as Fronk, who is meant to make up fake news as if he’s NHL insider Frank Seravelli.

His Fleury post indicated that the goalie was signing with the Edmonton Oilers.

It’s a good fake out, because the Oilers could definitely use a goaltender.

It won’t be Fleury, though. He’s really retired.
