Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nick Robertson is officially off the market.
The 23-year-old winger, who doesn’t tend to post much of his personal life on social media, revealed his marriage to his long-time girlfriend, Emma.
“Same team, forever,” Robertson captioned the post.
Proving just how private he likes to keep things, this is Robertson’s first post on Instagram that features Emma. This is done intentionally, with him admitting last year in a piece written by Joshua Kloke of The Athletic that he tends to stay away from social media.
“Probably because of being in Toronto, I stay away from (social media),” he said. “I could post more stuff, but my life is kind of boring, and that’s how I like it.”
Now with the stressors that come with weddings in the past, Robertson will soon turn his attention back towards hockey and the upcoming. He is once again a RFA after signing a one-year deal last offseason, and is again being discussed in trade rumours.
Robertson has a ton of skill, but has yet to put it on display in the NHL. He was just ok at best again in 2024-25, scoring 15 goals and 22 points in 67 outings. Whether or not he will be back in Toronto for training camp this fall is a situation worth monitoring going forward for Leafs fans.
