UPDATE: Panthers center Sam Bennett has been named the 2025 Conn Smythe Trophy winner.

The Florida Panthers pulled off the repeat. With a 5-1 victory in Game 6 at home, the Panthers secured their second straight Stanley Cup. It was an incredible feat, taking down the Edmonton Oilers for the second Final in a row.

The quest for a three-peat will begin once the celebration ends. Now, the immediate question becomes: Who will win the Conn Smythe Award for these 2025 playoffs? Here are the DraftKings sportsbook odds after Game 6 went final:

Sam Reinhart certainly made a push with four goals in the clinching game, but this has been Bennett’s award to lose. He led the playoffs with 15 goals in 23 games, 11 of which were at even strength. He always seemed to find the net at the most opportune times.

We’ll see if Bennett can take home the prestigious award, or if another Panther will pull an upset and take home the hardware.
