The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have signed forward Max Graham to a two-year deal, it was announced Tuesday.
A 2024 fifth-round pick of the New Jersey Devils, the Pittsburgh Penguins acquired Graham’s rights in March in the deal that saw Cody Glass get sent to New Jersey.

Hailing from Whitehorse, YT., Graham just finished his overage season with the WHL’s Kelowna Rockets, scoring 13 goals and adding 22 assists for 35 points in 34 regular season games. Over a total of 237 career WHL regular season games with the Rockets and Everett Silvertips, Graham put up 56 goals and 77 assists for 133 points.
Prior to making his way to the junior level, Graham played his minor hockey for the Okanagan Rockets.
With Graham heading off to join the WBS Penguins, he should figure into their lineup throughout his rookie season as a pro. Although the option is there to send him to the ECHL’s Wheeling Nailers, Graham has the skills required to stick at the AHL level.
