LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Vegas Golden Knights have revealed who they will face and when during the 2025-26 season.
New Golden Knight Mitch Marner and the team open their 82-game schedule against the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at T-Mobile Arena.
Vegas will then have a quick turnaround for Game 2, going on the road for the San Jose Sharks’ home opener on Thursday, Oct. 9.
Notable games include a trip to Florida to face the reigning Stanley Cup champion Panthers on Saturday, Oct. 25. The two teams face off again in Las Vegas on Monday, Nov. 10.

The Golden Knights travel to Edmonton on Sunday, Dec. 21, for a playoff rematch against the Oilers. The Oilers then travel to Las Vegas on Sunday, March 8.
The annual Nevada Day matinee returns on Friday, Oct. 31, as Vegas takes on the Colorado Avalanche. Puck drop is scheduled for 1 p.m.
The regular season concludes on Wednesday, April 15, with a home game against the Seattle Kraken.
Vegas’ longest homestand will be six games from Oct. 31 through Thursday, Nov. 13. The team will have two five-game road trips, one in December and another in February.
This year’s schedule also features a nearly three-week pause in February for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
