The Buffalo Sabres have released their 2025-26 regular season schedule.  

The Sabres will open the new campaign as they host the New York Rangers in their home opener at KeyBank Center on Oct. 9. They will also wrap up their season on home ice against the Dallas Stars on April 15.

The team will face the Toronto Maple Leafs on back-to-back nights on Oct. 24 – 25 and will play each other twice more later on in the season, on Jan. 27 at Toronto and March 14 in Buffalo.

The reigning back-to-back Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers will make their way to KeyBank on Oct. 18 and Jan. 12. 

For the fifth straight season, the Sabres will host a game on Black Friday. This year, they will welcome the New Jersey Devils to town on Nov. 28.

The Sabres will take a three-week break as NHL players participate in the Olympics for the first time since 2014. 

The Sabres will open the preseason on the road against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Sept. 22. The Blue Jackets will then come to Buffalo on Sept. 23.
