The Dallas Stars will open their season on the road against the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday, Oct. 9, at Canada Life Centre. The Stars’ home opener is against the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, Oct. 14.

The Stars’ longest homestand of the season occurs in March as they host the Colorado Avalanche, Chicago Blackhawks, Las Vegas Golden Knights, Edmonton Oilers, Detroit Red Wings and the Utah Mammoth from March 6-16.
The Stars will spend the most time away from Dallas in January as they take on the Carolina Hurricanes, Washington Capitals, San Jose Sharks Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Ducks and the Utah Mammoth from Jan. 6-15.
The Stars will take on the Chicago Blackhawks on New Year’s Day.
The Stars play two games this season against the defending Stanley Cup Champions, the Florida Panthers. They will host the Panthers on Saturday, Dec. 13 in the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
