Another day, another update on Miro Heiskanen and Jason Robertson.

The latest? Dallas Stars’ head coach Pete DeBoer said Heiskanen will not play in Game 1 against the Winnipeg Jets and that Robertson is a game-time decision.

The update comes after DeBoer said he expects to see both key players back for the second round series against the Presidents’ Trophy winners.

Heiskanen, 25, has been out since Jan. 28 with a knee injury suffered against the Vegas Golden Knights. The Stars’ top defenseman had 25 points in 50 games this regular season.

Robertson, the team’s leading scorer, has been out since April 16 with a knee injury sustained in the season finale against Nashville. He accounted for 35 goals and 45 assists before his injury.
