Talk of a potential comeback heated up this week when Price was spotted in San Jose at the Sharks’ training facility.
That talk was quickly shut down with a simple explanation. With one year remaining on his contract, Price still has to go through the same physical examination as all other players and get his official ruling from the doctors. In other words, a routine visit that had to happen. Nothing with his situation changes.
