We don’t mention it often enough, but the Montreal Canadiens are truly fortunate to have Pascal Vincent with the Laval Rocket.
At the moment, Vincent is also overseeing the Canadiens’ rookie camp, and it’s such a great sight to see.
He’s really excellent with the young players, and I feel the Canadiens’ prospects are going to learn a lot from him over the coming days.
There are a few clips captured by Marc-Olivier Cook that say a lot.

Because the coming weeks will be extremely important for them!
They are players who have a real chance to surprise everyone and earn a spot on the Montreal Canadiens roster as early as this season.
In other words, they’re players Pascal Vincent ironically doesn’t want to see again in a month with the Rocket.
He wants to see them with the Montreal Canadiens – and if that happens, it will mean mission accomplished for him!
I can’t say enough how impressed I am by the work of Pascal Vincent.
I truly believe that with Vincent and Martin St-Louis, the Montreal Canadiens organization has the best head coaching duo in the National Hockey League.
It’ll be interesting to see who becomes THE breakout surprise of the Habs’ 2025 camp, but I have a feeling a certain Florian Xhekaj could be the answer to that question.
