North Penn 4, Downingtown East 3 >> Devon Crowley scored then assisted on Tallie Smink’s goal as North Penn took a 2-0 lead in the first quarter then held off host Downingtown East to earn a non-league victory Saturday.
Goalkeeper Kiley Moister made 11 saves for the Knights (4-4-0, 2-3-0 SOL Colonial), who have won two straight and three of their last four.
Aubrey Krawczun scored twice for Downingtown East, her first goal with a second left in the opening quarter pulling the Cougars within 2-1.
Cara Albano’s tally with 3:02 in the second quarter put North Penn back up two. East’s Emily Selcher made it 3-2 with 12:01 in the fourth but Paige Shearer put the Knights up 4-2 by finding the back of the cage at 8:43.
Conestoga 9, Archbishop Carroll 2 >> Morgan Wood and Scarlett Golden both scored for Archbishop Carroll while goalie Fiona Conboy made 17 saves as the visiting Patriots fell in the non-league matchup.
Brynn Wozniak and Peyton Esposito each recorded a hat trick for Conestoga, which posted four goals in the fourth after leading 5-2.Aubrey DelOrefice added two goals while Emily Todd also scored for the Pioneers. Goalie Maeve Schoettler had one save.
Cassie Keegan collected an assist for Carroll.

North Penn 1, Boyertown 0 >> Gavin Keijzer headed in a corner in the first half and North Penn made the goal hold up, the Knights (5-2-1, 2-2-1 SOL Colonial) edging visiting Boyertown (2-6-0, 1-3-0 PAC Liberty) for a non-league victory after going winless in their previous two games.
