Chicago Blackhawks Trade Rumors, News & Tidbits
Chicago Hockey Now: The Blackhawks fell 3-2 to the Wild on a last-minute goal to split their two games at the Tom Kurvers Prospect Showcase. Ryan Greene, who wore the “C” for Chicago with Rinzel out of the lineup, scored the goal of the game, while Owen Flores performed marvelously in net.
A.J. Spellacy was one of the most noticeable prospects on the ice Saturday, as he made a couple of nice hits and dropped the gloves with Wild defenseman Rowan Topp in the first period. Spellacy wasn’t on the ice for the third period, but it was only as a precautionary measure. He’s expected to be fully ready to go for Blackhawks training camp this week.

Blackhawks’ 2023 2nd-round pick Roman Kantserov recorded two points in Metallurg Magnitogorsk’s 6-3 win on Sunday. Kantserov scored his first goal of the 2025-26 KHL season and added a primary assist. He now has three points through four games.
