LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Vegas Golden Knights are making moves.

Over the weekend, General Manager Kelly McCrimmon announced the signing of three players to entry-level contracts.

On Saturday, the team announced the signing of 20-year-old forward Trent Swick to a three-year entry-level contract.

Swick is currently playing his fourth season with the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League and is currently second on the team in scoring with 57 points, team officials say.

The Ontario native was drafted by the Golden Knights in the sixth round (180th overall) of the 2024 NHL Entry Draft in Vegas and participated in the team’s development camp in July.

On Sunday, the team announced the additional signings of forwards Braeden Bowman and Kai Uchacz to two-year entry-level contracts.

Both are currently playing their first season with the Henderson Silver Knights.

Bowman spent our seasons with the Guelph Storm of the OHL and served as captain in his final year. The 21-year-old also appeared in an additional 13 postseason games and was in attendance at the team’s development camp in July.

Uchacz, also 21, was invited to the club’s development camp in July and competed for the Golden Knights at the 2024 Rookie Faceoff in Los Angeles, the team says.

The Golden Knights return to T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday as they look to take on the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Puck drop is slated for 7 p.m. at The Fortress.
