With all the excitement surrounding game number 2 of preseason, a scary moment emerged for young Vancouver Canucks Forward Nils Hoglander as he went down with an injury against the Calgary Flames.
He made a point to assure the Canucks fanbase that his hot end of the season is surely going to translate to 2025-26 as he ramped up his training and on ice time during the summer.
“My goal now is to finish where I left off last year, so I feel pretty confident with that, and that’s why I wanted to stay on the ice all summer too. I was skating way more this offseason.” Hoglander said.
