The Isles lost in overtime in their preseason rematch with the Rangers Monday, but one takeaway was the continued health of Anthony Duclair, who notched his second goal of preseason after a nice hustle and feed from Mathew Barzal.
He’s not likely to receive more of those setups, however; Anders Lee sounds ready to return from injury and reconstitute the combo with Barzal and Kyle Palmieri. The Islanders conclude the preseason game schedule on Thursday in Philadelphia.
