Bourgault was promoted from AHL Belleville on Wednesday.
Bourgault had 12 goals and 26 points across 61 regular-season outings with Ottawa’s top minor-league affiliate in 2024-25. Bourgault will likely start the season in the AHL after seeing some additional preseason action. The Senators face St. Louis on Thursday before visiting Montreal on Saturday to conclude the team’s exhibition schedule.
