Meyers was placed on waivers by the Kraken on Thursday.
Meyers inked a one-year contract with Seattle in June but was unable to land a spot on the team’s Opening Night roster. He’ll head to AHL Coachella Valley if he clears waivers, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him spend most of the 2025-26 campaign in the minors.
