Skinner was placed on waivers by the Blues on Sunday, Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic reports.
Skinner joined the Blues on a two-way deal during the offseason, but he’ll be left off the team’s Opening Night roster ahead of the 2025-26 campaign. He hasn’t yet made his regular-season debut in the NHL and will likely head to AHL Springfield if he clears waivers.
