Lancaster County police officers and firefighters will hit the ice this Saturday to raise money for the families of three York County detectives killed in the line of duty last month.The second annual “Battle of the Badges” will take place at the Lancaster Ice Rink on Carrera Drive.Tickets are available for $10 to watch 38 responders from 21 local police and fire agencies compete for charity, with the money going to the Yard Foundation.This year, the foundation is pledging to donate all proceeds of the game to the families of Detective Mark Baker, Detective Isaiah Emenheiser, and Detective Sgt. Cody Becker.The event will also feature a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, “Touch a Truck” event, and an opening ceremony with an honor guard presentation.Puck drop is set for 2:15 p.m.
