In the past few hours, there have been rumors suggesting that young Arber Xhekaj might already be taken out of Martin St-Louis’ lineup.

That said, we now have our answer!

Martin St-Louis makes a change for tonight’s game

The Montreal Canadiens will indeed make a change for tonight’s game against the Detroit Red Wings, but that change will be in goal (not on defense).

So it’s confirmed for Arber Xhekaj!

He will be in the lineup tonight!

This was confirmed by RDS journalist Patrick Friolet here:

“Martin St-Louis will make only one change to his lineup for tonight’s game against the Red Wings.

Jakub Dobes in net.”
