This is a little different I guess than maybe what you had in your career, but how much do you relish. It’s not your typical fourth line for sure. A lot of talent there for you guys, you know, try and not think about what you’re on or whatever. Try and be the best player I can be with the shifts I’m I’m given. I mean, every player on our team probably wants to play as much as they can, but we’re such a deep team that that has huge aspirations for for later on this year, and we’re going to need everyone so. Um, I love it here. I love the guys. I love how we’re pushed by the coaching staff and um. It’s a great win no matter how you. What was going through your head when you scored first goal? I mean, not much. It was a good play off the off the face off. Robbie got in there and turned the puck over, which is, which is huge, turns. A shift where they have the puck and they’re breaking out and, you know, whether we score on that or not, it’s just a really good play and, um, it’s a route that we, we’ve talked about off the face of the guy coming off the wall. He, he might be alone in front and I was so, um. I don’t score a lot of deflection goals, a lot of tip goals, but I’ll take anyone I can get. Yeah, he was uh he was a beast. I mean, I think he’s going to fit in so well here with how we play and just how he moves, you know, the skill he has and the reach and the length. He’s such an effective player that I think’s going to do really well in our system and just the players that we have. I think you guys ended up with 7 posts. When that’s happening is it when that’s happening, are you like, man, what what’s going on here? more like, hey, we’re we’re beating this goalie. I mean it’s more about the chances like um there’s there’s different posts. There’s posts that hit and go towards that and then there’s posts that really are a bit anticlimactic, so we’re we’re looking to get as many chances as we can and sometimes posts are the way it goes, they all even out by the end I think. you’re able to create more miss Yeah, I mean for a lot of my career I was against top pairs and top lines and checking lines and all that, um, a little bit different now and for us we actually might get more offensive zone faceoffs because the guys that we’re out against, especially at home, are going to be, you know, defensive players, maybe face off guys, face off specialists, so um. It’s just the way it goes. I mean, you never know what to expect in a game, and throughout the year there’s going to be a lot of different stuff that happens, but um I’m happy to be here. I’m excited with this group and what we can do this year.
