New food at New Jersey Devils games this season
The Devils kick off their home hockey season on Oct. 16. See the new additions to the concession lineup here.
The Devils are back in action as they remain in search of their first victory of their 2025-26 campaign.
In their season opener, the Devils fell short 6-3 to the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday night.
Tied 3-3 late in the third period, Hurricanes’ forward Seth Jarvis redirected and tipped in a shot from Sebastian Aho to give Carolina the lead for good with the game-winning goal finding the back of the net with less than three minutes remaining in regulation.

The Hurricanes would add two more goals in the final minute — including the second for Jarvis on an empty net goal — as Carolina continued its recent dominance over the Devils dating back to last year’s first round playoff series where the Hurricanes eliminated New Jersey in five games.
Next up for the Devils are the Tampa Bay Lightning, who also dropped their season opener in the final minutes of a 5-4 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Thursday.
