Penn State men’s ice hockey opened their season with two home game matches against the Clarkson University Golden Knights in Pegula Ice Arena this past weekend.
The Nittany Lions lost 4-6 Thursday night, then turned things around with a 5-2 victory Friday night.
Forward JJ Wiebusch (86) scored four goals Thursday night, making him the first Nittany Lion to do so in a single game.
This weekend, the Nittany Lions will face off against the Long Island University Sharks.
