The Canucks dropped a 3-1 decision to the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday. Brock Boeser scored the lone goal for the Canucks. The Canucks were outshot by the Oilers 36-15 in the loss. Vancouver was only 17-16-8 at home last season and will need to improve on that record if they want to return to the playoffs.
