The Vegas Golden Knights currently trail the Calgary Flames 2-1. The Golden Knights got their lone goal from Jack Eichel. They’ll try to mount a comeback to improve their 1-0-2 record. They’ll be doing so without their starting goalie, Adin Hill who left the game with a lower-body injury. Akira Schmid entered the game for the Golden Knights. Hill before leaving the game stopped eight of the ten shots he faced allowing the two Flames goals. Entering tonight Hill was 0-0-2 with a 3.23 goals-against average, and an .854 save percentage.

Adin Hill
The Arizona Coyotes drafted Hill with the 76th overall pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. In 188 career games, he has gone 96-64-15 with a .908 save percentage, a 2.63 goals-against average, and 11 shutouts. Since joining Vegas he has played in 114 games over four seasons. He’s posted a 67-32-10 record. Hill posted a .909 save percentage, a 2.55 goals against average, and six shutouts. Hill won the Stanley Cup with the Golden Knights in his first season with the team. In 16 playoff games that season he went 11-4-0 with a .932 save percentage, a 2.17 goals-against average, and two shutouts.
