A few quick hits to get us going today…

First off, The Kings have been dancing a while around the Adrian Kempe situation and are apparently not willing to go over $10M per…At least they weren’t.  While the goal here is to get an 8 year deal, I am hearing rumors of a 5 year/$60M deal that would pay Kempe $12per…Shorter contracts are more likely now with the Cap on the rise…  Kempe is a VITAL part of the Kings future…

 One Kadri to Montreal…

The Flames are very interested in moving Kadri, as I wrote last week, but now a clear favorite has come into focus…The Montréal Canadiens,,This is not very surprising as I have heard from all over the NHL that the Canadiens are going to be aggressive in the rebuild and with the GM getting extended a few days ago, it is safe to say he has carte Blanche..
