Players To Watch:

Carolina Hurricanes

In a weird quirk, Nikolaj Ehlers has been on the ice for six goals scored by his team, but has yet to register a point with Carolina. Ehlers signed as a free agent with Carolina this offseason after a 63-point (24g, 39a) season in Winnipeg a year ago.

Vegas Golden Knights

Mitch Marner scored his first two goals with Vegas in its 6-1 win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night. The former Maple Leafs forward is third on the Golden Knights with 8 points (2g, 6a) in six games. Jack Eichel and Mark Stone are 1st and 2nd, respectively, in the NHL scoring race with 15 points (5g, 10a) and 13 points (2g, 11a).
