Come on.

I swear we were just talking the other day about this guy. Cami Clune has locked down being the National Anthem singer for both the Star Spangled Banner and the Canadian National Anthem before all the Buffalo Bills games. Cami was on The Voice and she is the best to do the job for singing the National Anthems. Before they locked her in, the Buffalo Sabres were rotating between different anthem singers–some were really good, some were okay and some were bad (which is probably why they have Cami on permanent residency now).

BUT, we heard yesterday there is going to be a very special guest to sing the National Anthem.

The former Buffalo Sabres legendary anthem singer, Doug Allen has announced his return to Key Bank Center. Allen will be singing at all of the “throwback Thursday” Goathead jersey nights when games are played in Buffalo.

In addition, Allen will sing at the January 15th Buffalo Sabres game which will be the REUNION night. The Buffalo Sabres announced that they will be bringing back most of the 2005-2006 playoff Buffalo Sabres teams that will include Ryan Miller, Ales Kotalik, Max, Daniel Briere and Chris Drury. I love that Ryan Miller was hinting to a Buffalo Bills playoff game in his post last night.

What else is going to be at the Reunion Game Night?

Everyone that goes to that game on January 15th is going to get a Reunion Night pennant and al of the beers that you buy BEFORE the puck drops in the Blue and Gold Zone will be only $7.16. The only difference though with the beers is that they are not the big 24 oz. and these $7.16 will be 16 ounce beers.
