Nashville Predators veteran defenceman Roman Josi is out week-to-week with an upper-body injury.

The 35-year-old Josi, who has served as the Preds’ captain since 2017, missed the last few months of the 2024-25 season after suffering a concussion in game against the Florida Panthers on Feb. 25.

Josi was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome during his recovery, but his current upper-body injury is not related.
