Our photographers got up close and personal with our Nittany Lions.

The Nittany Lions fought hard throughout.

After a slow first period for the women’s team, it put up 4 goals in the second period. The Nittany Lions finished up their first game of the series against Lindenwood with a 6-1 win.

The men’s team had a bit of a closer battle. Penn State scored the opening goal, but soon gave up a pair to Stonehill, changing the momentum of the game. Gavin McKenna scored a game-tying goal with a little less than 12 minutes left in the third period. Finally, JJ Wiebusch buried the game-winner on a power play with less than 30 seconds left.
