Tasting Flight – Game Recaps

The Chicago Blackhawks had a light week with two games. The Hawks took advantage of a struggling Tampa Bay Lightning team and won 3-2 on Thursday. The Los Angeles Kings—also struggling—played their usual defense-first style that prevented the Hawks from generating much offense in a 3-1 loss. The Blackhawks are 4-3-2 with 10 points and still in a wild-card spot. They lead the league in PDO with a 1.045, are fourth highest in shooting percentage (11.31%), and fourth highest in team save percentage (.932).
