The #13 ranked field hockey team lost on the island to the #20 ranked Nauset Warriors 2-1 Sunday morning in round one of the MIAA Division 3 state tournament – marking an end to their season.
The Whaler’s had another successful year – finishing with double digits wins (12-5-1 regular season record) and winning the Cape & Island’s Lighthouse Division title for a fifth straight year.
