Last season, Brendan Gallagher scored 21 goals to rank third on the Canadiens behind Cole Caufield (37) and Nick Suzuki (30).
After Tuesday night’s 5-4 shootout loss to the Philadelphia Flyers, Gallagher had no goals in 13 games this season. Last season, he had five goals after 13 games and seven goals after 15 games.
Gallagher, 33, did have seven assists in the first 13 games this season, but how much of a concern is the winger’s lack of goal-scoring?
