Winnipeg Jets News & Notes:
The Winnipeg Jets have a massive boost back in their lineup as Cole Perfetti is set to make his 2025-26 season debut. That leaves Dylan Samberg, Morgan Barron, and Gustav Nyquist on the sidelines as of right now. The Jets look to get back in the win column and finish the California leg of this current road trip off strong as they aim to snap Anaheim’s six-game winning streak and their own two-game losing streak.
Anaheim Ducks News & Notes:
The Anaheim Ducks are on a tear to start the 2025-26 season. They are without veteran players Ryan Strome, Mikael Granlund, and captain Radko Gudas, making their hot start even sweeter than originally thought. The Ducks are coming off a thrilling 4-3 overtime win over the Vegas Golden Knights, and they’ll look to extend their current six-game winning streak with a win over Winnipeg at home tonight.

Players To Watch:
Winnipeg Jets
Connor Hellebuyck has had some close games in net. He’s yet to record a shutout, which makes him a significant candidate to come up big against the Ducks and their winning streak.
Cole Perfetti slots back into the lineup for the Jets, and the maker of the Manitoba Miracle will certainly be looking to establish himself right out of the gate.
Anaheim Ducks
Mason McTavish is a massive contributor to the Ducks, and a strong performance against Winnipeg would only cement that for him.
Chris Kreider has fit like a glove since joining Anaheim. He’s already potted nine goals in 10 games to start the season, and that makes him a big scoring threat for the Ducks over the Jets.
