Another week has passed, and it’s time for another LA Kings‘ weekly prospect update. For the second straight week, Liam Greentree highlighted our weekly update with five points (3 G, 2 A) in two games for the Windsor Spitfires.

Greentree’s two helpers came in his first game of the week against the Kingston Frontenacs, which was his 200th OHL game, with one being a primary assist and the other being a secondary one. In that same game, he displayed his smooth stickhandling with his breakaway goal to extend the Spitfires’ lead to 3-0.

In the following game against the Brampton Steelheads, Greentree potted two goals, one on a snipe from the left faceoff circle by the goalie’s glove, which stood as the game-winning goal, and an empty-net tally for good measure.

The 19-year-old winger is undoubtedly Los Angeles’ number-one prospect with the skill set he possesses to go along with his 6-foot-3 frame. He can score, create for himself, and create for his teammates. He has 21 points (12 G, 9 A) in 12 games for Windsor, including nine points (6 G, 3 A) in his last three games. He is on pace for another 100+ point season.

Greentree is 25 points away from reaching 300 in his OHL career. Once his season in Windsor ends, he will be eligible to join the Kings or the Ontario Reign if either of their seasons is still going.

Here is how the rest of the players in the pipeline fared during the week:
