Flames vs Wild prediction
Flames vs Wild Best bet: Jonathan Huberdeau Over 0.5 points (-135)
Jonathan Huberdeau is off to a very productive start for the Calgary Flames. He has hit the scoresheet in seven of his 11 appearances, including six of the past seven overall.
The four games in which Huberdeau failed to record a point all came against playoff teams ranking ahead of the Minnesota Wild in the standings.
Huberdeau is skating on the top line alongside Morgan Frost and Matt Coronato. That trio has played good offensive hockey, generating 4.04 expected goals per 60 minutes of 5-on-5 play.

That combination sits 23rd in expected goal generation among the 174 different lines that have logged at least 30 minutes together.
Minnesota sits 21st in goals against, 26th in shots against, and 27th in expected goals at 5-on-5 over the past 10 games. They also sit eighth in pace.
This should be a great game environment for Huberdeau and Calgary’s top line to do some damage once again.
Flames vs Wild same-game parlay
Coronato skates with Huberdeau on the top line as well as the No. 1 power play. Given the Wild are a poor defensive team at even-strength, and feature one of the league’s worst penalty killing units, it makes sense to double down with Coronato as well.

Marco Rossi has points in 10 of 15 games this season and five of six coming off a day’s rest. The only Under came against a Carolina Hurricanes team known for its structure and defensive play.
