The Avalanche had a marvelous weekend, earning four points in two back-to-back games. In the first one, they lit up the Edmonton Oilers for their biggest road victory in franchise history.
In the second, they were not the better team, but still walked away with an OT win.
In both games, MacKinnon was unleashed. He tore both the Oilers and Canucks to shreds.
