Another day, another Game, another Overtime to be. Kraken tickets ought to come with free doctor’s notes due to games running late.
Seattle hosts a team that is unquestionably VERY good. Since the Kraken last saw them they’ve been an absolute wagon as expected…or so you’d think with a 10-6-0 record, which hides that they’ve been 5-5-0 over their last ten games, and have struggled immensely to maintain momentum.
Part of that is injury, theyve lost a number of players to being on the mend, but even then, their defense has been very erratic. Hellebuyck is still Hellebuyck, but even hes struggled to keep the momentum up when he can’t really trust his skaters that arent Kyle Connor or Mark Scheifele.
Of course, Winnipeg and Seattle always play each other weird, so keeping out of the box and starting periods strong in order to get ahead of the weirdness is paramount.
