LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Golden Knights return to T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday night for a win-or-stay-home Game 5 against the Oilers.
Edmonton leads the second-round series 3-1 and is one victory away from the Western Conference Final after a decisive 3-0 win in Monday’s Game 4.
The Oilers are 8-2 in potential series-clinching games dating back to 2017.

Meanwhile, the Golden Knights have only been in a 3-1 series hole twice in franchise history – 2020 against Dallas and 2018 against Washington – and both times they were eliminated in Game 5.
Goaltender Adin Hill is 1-1 in his career when facing elimination. He has a 1.02 goals-against average and a .957 save percentage in those two games.
Puck drop for Game 5 is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. If Vegas wins, the series moves to Edmonton for Game 6 on Friday, May 16.
