The Chicago Blackhawks have officially released their 2025-26 NHL alternate jerseys, which are now available for purchase.

The Chicago Blackhawks have officially brought back their iconic black alternate jersey for the 2025–26 season, marking a full-circle moment as they celebrate their Centennial. Originally worn from 1996–97 through 2008–09, this all-black design has deep roots in franchise lore.
This alternate uniform will be featured in seven games during the upcoming season, beginning with a dramatic debut on Black Friday (Nov. 28) against Nashville — a game the team is billing as a “Blackout” night and urging fans to dress in all black.
Beyond those first two showings, the jersey returns throughout the season and is expected to remain a part of their rotation for at least three years.
These jerseys are now available to the fans and can be ordered in generic style, by specific player, or with a custom name and number.
