My take

1. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is both welcome back and needed back. He was playing some of the best hockey of his career before he went out with injury. He had 16 points in 16 games, this after trending down two seasons on the attack. He was crushing it in all game states, short-handed, power play, and penalty kill.
